Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Gophel software and services ("Service") operated by Anophel ("us", "we", "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

By downloading, installing, or using Gophel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Gophel on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Gophel is a command-line interface (CLI) tool designed to simplify and enhance the Golang development experience. It automates common tasks, manages dependencies, and provides a streamlined workflow for building, testing, and deploying Go applications.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the Service may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating your account. You may not use false information or impersonate another person or entity.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

The Service may integrate with or provide access to third-party services. Your use of such third-party services may be subject to additional terms and conditions provided by the third-party service providers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, practices, or reliability of any third-party service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Anophel, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Anophel expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
